Anyone can experience anxiety at any time in their life, young or old. Some more frequently than others. With research and dedication to help my daughter and myself work through our own struggles, I’ve developed and continue to practice these tips that help reduce fear, worry, and stress that creates the overwhelming feeling of anxiety.
