About Me

Welcome

Hi. I’m Amanda, a mother of 2 wonderful children who are the center of my whole world. I’m also a wife, full time worker, and now blogger. I’m so excited to finally make positive changes in my life. For years now, I’ve been wanting to replace all my bad habits with good habits, but with the hustle and bustle of life and how my anxiety responds to it, I have just found it easier to just continue with what I know and what has been easy. The stress, the anxiety, the depression, the lack of confidence, the anger, the processed foods, and so much more that I so badly want to change. I want to EAT WELL, SLEEP WELL, and overall BE WELL. I want healthy changes also for my family. So please become part of my community here, and read my challenges that I have worked so hard accomplishing and that are now are a part of my daily routine. Changes that have brought joy in my live, and if I can change for the better you can too. You just need to want it and believe in yourself. Change doesn’t happen overnight, so remind yourself that struggle is okay, just keep trying and block out those negative thoughts telling you that you can’t change and that you are failure. If something is important enough to you, you can find a way to accomplish what you want. Be positive, block out those negative thoughts, and bring your all the next day. Remind yourself what accomplishing it can do for you, and remember to reward yourself once you have have accomplished each challenge you set for yourself for your health.  I hope my posts can help you with your struggles and inspire you to Create Good Habits for yourself. Here, I hope to connect with a supportive community that can relate to the overwhelming challenges life can bring. Our busy days distracting us from what’s truly important. We can create our happiness and be healthy at the same time. So let’s become more mindful, healthy, and happy. Create Good Habits and follow me at mindful2happy.com.
