KIBBLE VS FRESH

I have been a dog lover and owner for over 16 years. I’ve always tried to provide the best for my girls, that being said I’ve went from Beneful to grain-free Rachael Ray Nutrish for the last 15 years of their lives. At one point I tried to feed them the fresh pet food that was put into stores many years ago, but it got too costly for 2 Lab Retrievers. I assumed that making my own dog food at home would also be too costly, but I never looked into it until now. I’m still on my first recipe (https://mindful2happy.com/easy-chicken-rice-recipe/) for our Boston Terrior, but with it alone it’s surprisingly the same price as what I’ve been paying for the Small Bites Rachael Ray Nutirish. I couldn’t believe it when I sat down and figured out the numbers, I didn’t expect that at all. I’ve also spent time looking through the benefits as opposed to the disadvantages, which to me there really are no disadvantages as the benefits simply outweigh any extra efforts required to provide a fresh nutritional meal for our girl. I truly feel bad that I didn’t switch sooner. All the years of dry paw pads and dry skin, excessive shedding, paw licking, bad breath, stinky pee. I assumed that was normal for dog. If you have seen similar signs in your pets, it’s truly worth the switch. Your pet is worth the switch.
