Start each morning with a mindful meditation. If the sun is out and the weather permits, take your meditation outside. Take in the smells, sounds, and sights each morning brings. If you would rather, sit in your comfy chair and enjoy a cup of tea. Be present. Be grateful of the beautiful morning that serves you. Relax with a breathing excercise that works for you. Stretch. With each breath you take, think or say out loud a morning affirmation that helps you have a positive mindset throughout your day. You can use these affirmations that serve me everyday.
