REDIRECT TO POSITIVE

Our minds are so busy every second of the day. Thoughts are constantly coming and going, like leaves flowing down a river. Some thoughts may be good thoughts and some may be bad thoughts. Thoughts built up from our anxieties and from all the things we have to do each day. Sometimes you may have a thought that just doesn’t make sense or it may be an awful thought that you might be ashamed to even have, but you must remind yourself that YOU ARE HUMAN and that being said, you will have bad thoughts and that has to be okay. You just need to make sure to not attach yourself to those negative thoughts. You must train your brain to simply redirect those negative thoughts to positive. Don’t give those negative thoughts any attention. Let your positive thoughts be the most important, let them shine and thrive. Practice redirecting to positive throughout your entire day. Positive thoughts serve you! Positive thoughts make you happy!
